What is the $99 visit fee?
Every on-site appointment has a $99 visit fee. If you hire us for the job, the full $99 is credited toward it.
Is my information kept private?
Yes. What we see on your devices and in your home stays confidential. We never ask for passwords, codes or card numbers by phone or text. See our privacy policy.

Monday to Thursday 8am–8pm, Friday 8am–3pm, Sunday 8am–8pm, Central time. Closed Saturday.

On-site within about 20 miles of downtown Nashville. Remote help is also available, prepaid. See remote IT support.
Can you run new network wiring?
Yes. New cabling is handled by our sister brand, Smart Hands TN, a Telonyte company.
